Grandad is still here My mummy and daddy will tell me about a man, Who fought for his family and did the best that he can, They will tell me about his strength and the love that he gave, They will tell me that he loved me and would want me to behave, They will show me pictures of him and tell me all about his fight, and tell me that he was strong and faught with all his mite, They will make sure that I know how much he loved me, and that one day I will have his role and that I should be the best that I can be, They will provide me with his love as if he was really here, as if he was holding me and keeping me near, One day when Im old enough to understand, I will realise that he is still here holding on to my hand. xxxxxxxx
